I am having a sleepover for my friends?

so im was having a contest i asked who would cry if they didn't win two of them raised their hands so i gave the prize to one of them cause i had already narrowed it down to those two but then the other one turned around ran into my room and started crying she was telling the truth but the one who won said she was just kidding what should i do?
