Does anyone know how to return or get a refund on EDC 2011 vegas tickets?

Bought 2 three day General Admission Passes but realized I have conflicting plans and wont be able to make it. I cant find anywhere on their website how to get a refund. Any help? besides selling them on craigslist or ebay
