Electric Daisy Carnival ? 18+?

Are you going to be 18 the month after EDC? I was wondering if they would let me in because i would be 18 three weeks after EDC, since everyone who was born in 1993 would mostly be 18 by next year, i was thinking wouldn't they be only looking at the year on id's, i have a california ID but not a drivers license. if i go this would be my third time going but that's if i go, what i'm asking is would they let me in if my birthday is three weeks away from that day ?
