What did my childhood nightmares mean?

Your dad is the chief in charge. Everyone submits to his will, while he makes what decisions seem hardest to make for the rest of the family, yet he does it with ease. Everyone knows he does what's best although it may hurt, and you feel you are the only one questioning his authority. It makes sense you would start having these dreams at the beginning of your adolescence when you start questioning your identity and peoples influence on your life.
