Is my pleco (sucker fish) having sezures?

my pleco too does the same thing only my tank is not so crowded. Mine stays at the top to wait for food when he's hungry (believe me it's true). Maybe take out some fish and put them in a different tank. Never put more than 10" of fish in a ten gallon tank, but NEVER put a 10" fish in a ten gallon tank. Okay, 5 2" fish is okay and maybe a 3" fish 2" and 5 1" fish. No more than 3" per fish. About up to 5" maximum if the fish is alone in a tank.:) so no your pleco is not having seizures he is just in stress. :)
