Custom field boots cheap-ish?

I am almost 6 feet tall with a very narrow calf but I need to find field boots for smaller shows. My current boots are size 10 regular tall Ariat Heritage boots which I bought a little more than a year ago. They are several inches too short when they broke in and started out at 20" high. Does anyone know where to get custom/semicustom extra-extra tall field boots? I need as cheap as possible :( Thanks!!!
