I just got my hips pierced with four microdermals?

All of them look fine except one. One of them has a massive bruise on it the size of two quarters next to each other. I really need to know how to get rid of this massive bruise due to my piercing by this upcoming Friday because I'm trying to look good for EDC weekend. Please help, I want to cry. I know it's normal to get bruising from microdermals but how to speed my recovery ?
